Our story begins in 2004 when Jimmy Cloninger first started Turlock PC. With more than 18 years of experience in the Air Force, he had learned a lot about hard work and dedication allowing him to channel those values into running a successful business. At the time, the main focus of the company was to offer quality, proactive computer and networking support for an affordable price. Our focus here at Turlock PC still remains the same now over 15 years later!
In an effort to grow the business, Turlock PC purchased Computer MD in Modesto in 2008. This proved to be successful and by 2009 the company was able to secure more than 100 active clients. With a large clientele base, it was time to add to the Turlock PC team and hire a Tech Support Manager. Christopher Lancaster started his career with us in the Fall of 2012. He brought a wealth of energy and experience to our team with 15 years of IT support experience, 6 years of service in the Army, an Associate Degree in Computer Science, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Network & Communication Management. Now, Chris specializes in server installation, server maintenance, firewall installation, firewall optimization, email security, and much more.
Turlock PC began offering Mac Support in 2013. We decided to add another member to our team 2014 and hired Cora Trevino as our Administrative Assistant. Cora was a great asset to our team especially since in 2015 our number of active clients had risen to more than 300. With this increase in clients, we added an IT/Mac Support Tech to our team shortly after in 2017. David Arias, a graduate from California State University Stanislaus with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, brought a ton of specialized knowledge to growing business at the time. He is now our bilingual technician who focuses on our managed services, desktop deployment, and upgrades.
In 2018, Turlock PC began experiencing a lot of positive changes. This was the year that we officially became an incorporated organization and our clientele rose to new heights of over 500 active clients. By 2019, we were ready to add our final member to our team and hired Niko Hernandiz as a second IT/Mac Support Tech. Niko completed our team with his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Now, he focuses on day to day client issues, including virus software support, online backup support, desktop deployment, routine maintenance, and upgrades.
